Beach Buddies Guided Walk
Beach Buddies is a guided walk especially designed for both children and adults that provides coastal interpretation along the St Kilda foreshore. Led by Neil Blake, a former St Kilda foreshore ranger and authority on indigenous plants and marine life, we start walking before dusk amongst the native vegetation of West Beach and finish in the little penguin colony on the St Kilda breakwater.
Along this short walk you will learn about coastal plants and animals, cultural heritage and ways that you can minimise your impacts on this sensitive environmental area.
